Sean’s Run, the second day of the two-day Sean’s Run Weekend will be held Sunday, May 3, 2020 at the Chatham High School, 50 Woodbridge Ave., Chatham, NY 12037.

The race includes a 5K run as well as Meghan’s Mile.

The day’s events also include the Battle of the Belts, Prevention Education Expo and Tribute to Survivors.

Sean’s Run Weekend began in 2002 to honor Sean Patrick French who was killed as a passenger in an alcohol-related accident.

Proceeds from the weekend provide scholarships to area high school students as well as funding programs to teach youngsters about the dangers of alcohol and to promote wearing seatbelts. The weekend typically attracts over 1,000 participants.
