OK5K Race
The OK5K Race will be held Saturday, June 8, 2019 on the Kinderhook Village Square, Route 9, Kinderhook, NY 12106.
The event which includes a one mile kids run is sponsored by the Kinderhook Runners Club.

9:00 am 5K run
All one -milers receive a medal
5K awards to overall male and female winners and first three places, in 5-year age groups and 3-member teams.
Proceeds benefit many local causes. To date, the OK5K has raised $112,000 .

Camp Jewell 9th Annual 5K Fun Run/Walk
The Camp Jewell 9th Annual 5K Fun Run/Walk, will be held Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Camp Jewell YMCA, 6 Prock Hill Road, Colebrook, CT 06021.
The 5K will travel scenic trails on Camp Jewell’s 54 acres as well as winding country roads.
No pets please.

Free T shirts to the first 100 registrants by June 1st.

After May 25th and Race Day $30
Family of three or more $70
There is child watching available during race.
Race day schedule:
8:00 am Check in, late registration
9:00 am 5K Trail Run/Walk
10:00 am Awards and fun activities .
Buffet lunch available for $5.
Awards to top male and female overall finishers as well as top finishers under 50 minutes in each of six age categories. And prizes to best team costumes.
Proceeds from the race will benefit Camp Jewell YMCA’s Annual Campaign which “enables hundreds of kids who would otherwise never have the opportunity, to experience the joys of summer camp”.

Purple Heart Annual Memorial Motorcycle Ride
The Purple Heart Annual Memorial Motorcycle Ride will be held Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the Columbia Club, 152 Litchfield St., Torrington, CT 06790.
The Ride is organized by the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association 31-1 whose motto is “Vets helping vets”.
The rain or shine event begins and ends at the Columbia Club passing through the Northwest hills of Connecticut.

Entry fee for one rider is $25 + 2.47 Everbrite fee.
Rider and a passenger is $35 + 2.82 fee.

After Ride ticket includes food, live music from the Junior Krauss and the Shakes band. There will also be a raffle and Corn Hole tournament and cash bar.
Proceeds from the Ride will benefit veterans’ programs in Connecticut.
