The Eastern Dutchess Road Runners Club 5K Virtual Series will be held from Tuesday, September 1 – Wednesday, September 30, 2020.

This three-race virtual series is meant to replace the Upton Lake Eagle Run, the High Watch Run for Sobriety and Ryan’s Run Superhero 5K races which were canceled.

5K Virtual Race Series 

Due to the cancellation of this year’s Upton Lake Christian School Eagle Run 5K, High Watch Recovery Center Sprint for Sobriety 5K and Ryan’s Run Superhero 5K races we’re combining all three races into one virtual race. You’ll have the whole month of September to complete all three races to earn all three finisher medals!

Race Description
Races should be completed between Tuesday, September 1, 2020 through Wednesday, September 30, 2020

During this time, please run or walk a total of 3 5Ks (3 X 3.1 miles)

Please remember not to run in large groups and follow social distancing guidelines.

Results

After you complete each race you can post a picture of your results or just say completed on each race Facebook page.

Registration Fees
Non-Members $30.00 which Includes all 3 Finisher Medals.

Members $25.00 which Includes all 3 Finisher Medals.

Medals can be picked up in two locations on Friday, October 2nd at either

World Gym in Pawling 198 RT-22, Pawling, NY 12564

or

Fleet Feet in Poughkeepsie 1895 South Rd, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601

You can also choose to have the medals shipped to you for an additional fee.
