The Insane Inflatable 5K , previously held at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in  Rhinebeck, NY,   will be virtual this year.

The INSANE Virtual 5K run can be completed at any location and time after registration – simply choose your location then walk/run/jog or even treadmill your 5K, and of course add some of your own insane obstacles into the mix! Don’t forget to tell us your results – we want to know the most INSANE obstacle you ran, jumped, or bounced!
