The Kenny Krom 2nd Annual Alumni Basketball Game will be held Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Mt. Everett High School Gym, 491 Berkshire School Road, Sheffield, MA 01257.

Admission is $5 per person.

The game starts at 11:00 am.

There will be a raffle with prizes donated by local businesses and “Sound the Horn” T shirts for sale. Food concessions. will offer lunchtime fare including Ken’s famous Mac and Cheese.

Proceeds from the game tickets, raffle and T shirt sales will benefit the Kenneth Krom Memorial Scholarship at Mt Everett High School. Proceeds from the concessions will go to the Basketball Booster Club.

The event honors the memory of Kenny Krom, a Mt. Everett basketball star who passed away two years ago in an auto accident.  Kenny was an organ donor, and more than 40 people have been helped or saved so far by the gift of his organs and tissue.

Donate Life will be on hand with information about becoming an organ donor, and they will be handing out free basketball-shaped “stress balls”.

A recipient of Kenny’s kidney will be present.
