The OK5K Race will be held Saturday, June 8, 2019 on the Kinderhook Village Square, Route 9, Kinderhook, NY 12106.

The event which includes a one mile kids run is sponsored by the Kinderhook Runners Club.

Fees include T shirt

5K    $18 adults; $15 students 18 yrs and under

After May 30th $25 for everyone

One Mile Kids Run    $2 even on race day

Friday June 7th

5:00 – 7:00 pm Packet pickup (Kinderhook Bank lawn)

Saturday (Race Day)

7:00 – 8:30 am Registration and packet pickup (no registration after 8:30!)

8:15 am  Kids Race

9:00 am 5K run

All one -milers receive a medal

5K awards to overall male and female winners and first three places, in 5-year age groups and 3-member teams.

Proceeds benefit many local causes. To date, the OK5K has raised $112,000 .
