The Run for the Hills 10th Annual 10K and 5K Run will be held Sunday, October 10, 2021, at Bard College at Simon’s Rock, 84 Alford Road, Great Barrington, MA.

The run will consist of two races (the 1K fun run has been canceled for this year), a 10K, a 5K. The races will begin at or near Simon’s Rock’s Kilpatrick Athletic Center. Each will start at a different time (see schedule below).

The entry fee for the 10K and 5K races is $25 for adults over 18 years old and $15  for youths 18 years old and under.

T-shirts will be given to the first 150 registrants as well as all of the volunteers.

The race day schedule is as follows:

8 – 9 am  Check in, final registration (ends at 9 sharp).

9:20 am  10K race begins at Kilpatrick Athletic Center

9:40 am  5K race begins near Seekonk Veterinary Clinic

Awards and refreshments following event.

The event will recognize eight age categories both male and female.

Proceeds from the races will benefit the Great Barrington Land Conservancy, “supporting land conservation, farms preservation and community trails.” For more information, visit gbland.org.
