The Angels of Light Walk/Run/Brunch will be held Sunday, April 15, 2018 at the Amenia Rail Trail, Mechanic Street, Amenia, NY 12501. This is a multiple race event with a 1/2 mile and 1 mile Fun Run, a 5K and 8 mile races.

To pre-register (by April 12th) go to angelsoflighthudsonvalley.org, and click on “Events”. Gift bags to the first 100 registered. The 5K and 8 mile will be chip-timed.

The fee schedule is as follows:

Kids 1/2 mile (ages up to 4) and 1 mile (ages up to 10) race only $10 ($15 race day) with brunch $20 ($30 race day).

8 mile and 5K Run/Walk adults and kids race only  $25 ($30 race day). Kids 5K and brunch $35 ($45 race day)

There is a brunch-only option- adults $ 30 and kids up to 10 – $15.

Race day schedule is as follows:

8:30 – 9:30 am  Race day registration at Monte’s Kitchen 3330 NY-343, Amenia, NY 12501.

10:00 am  Kids 1/2 mile and 1 mile Fun Run.

10:15 am 8 mile race

10:30 am  5K Run/Walk

11:00 am – 2:00 pm  Brunch, awards, raffles and drawing at Monte’s Kitchen.

Awards to the first overall winning male and female and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place male and female in each of seven age categories. Ribbons awarded to all kids.

Proceeds from this event will benefit Angels of Light which provides funds for children with cancer.
