Burritt Day 5K

The Burritt Day 5K will run Saturday, August 18, 2018 at the Village Green, 134 Hartsville-New Marlborough Road, New Marlborough, MA. 01230.

The event, and the town celebration are named for Elihu Burritt, an American diplomat, philanthropist, social activist, lecturer, journalist and writer, who traveled widely in the USA and Europe. He lived in New Marlborough around 1830.

The race begins and ends at the Town Green, traveling through several historic sites.

The entry fee is $10.

Race Day Schedule:

10:00 am Registration

10:30 am Race begins.

Awards after the race and Burritt Day celebration.

Prizes awarded to top finisher male and female as well both oldest and youngest first place finisher.

The race is both organized by and benefits the New Marlborough Cultural Council to help fund a variety of local programs and events.
