High Watch 3rd Annual Sprint for Sobriety 5K has been canceled for 2020.
The race has been organized by the Eastern Dutchess Road Runners Club and benefited a scholarship fund for patients who can not afford High Watch programs.
Upton Lake Christian School 4th Annual Eagle Run 5K Run/Walk Canceled for 2020
Rescheduled from April to September, the Eagle Run is now canceled for 2020
The Upton Lake Christian School 4th Annual Eagle Run 5K Run/Walk and Kids Run will be held Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Upton Lake Christian School, 37 Shepards Way, Clinton Corners, NY 12514. The event is hosted by the Eastern Dutchess Road Runners Club.
This rain or shine event was postponed from April 25, 2020.

Eastern Dutchess Road Runners Club 5K Virtual Series
The Eastern Dutchess Road Runners Club 5K Virtual Series will be held from Tuesday, September 1 – Wednesday, September 30, 2020.
This three-race virtual series is meant to replace the Upton Lake Eagle Run, the High Watch Run for Sobriety and Ryan’s Run Superhero 5K races which were canceled.

Due to the cancellation of this year’s Upton Lake Christian School Eagle Run 5K, High Watch Recovery Center Sprint for Sobriety 5K and Ryan’s Run Superhero 5K races we’re combining all three races into one virtual race. You’ll have the whole month of September to complete all three races to earn all three finisher medals!
Race Description
Races should be completed between Tuesday, September 1, 2020 through Wednesday, September 30, 2020
During this time, please run or walk a total of 3 5Ks (3 X 3.1 miles)
Please remember not to run in large groups and follow social distancing guidelines.

After you complete each race you can post a picture of your results or just say completed on each race Facebook page.

The Dover Dragon Dash 4th Annual 5K Run/Walk and 5 Mile Run will be held Sunday, September 29, 2019 at the J.H. Ketcham Memorial Pavilion, Mill St., Dover Plains, NY 12522.
The event is organized by the Eastern Dutchess Road Runners Club.

Pre-Registration 5K $20 (plus $2.50 signup fee)
5 Mile $25 (plus $2.50 signup fee)
Discounts for club members, groups of five or more and students.
