YOUTH – ADULT – RELAY 

The Pawling Triathlon is a sprint style triathlon offering scenic views and vibrant community charm. This is a race to add to any summer circuit for both the beginner and seasoned triathlete.

Youth Under 10 course: Swim 75 yards, Bike 1 mile, Run ½ mile
Youth 10 and over course: Swim 125 yards, Bike 2 miles, Run 1 mile
Adult Course: Swim 0.3 miles, Bike 12 miles, Run 3.1 miles

*Masks must be worn if unable to social distance on dry land when outdoors.
*Masks or face coverings are never allowed to be worn in the water.
*Swim wave and transition area distancing will be enforced and regulated accordingly.
