The Prostate Cancer 11th Annual  Walk will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Premier Urology, Eastdale Village, 50 Eastdale Ave. North, Poughkeepsie, NY.

The Walk is organized by the Premier Cares Foundation.

Entry fees:

$25 per person includes T shirt and “Care” bags.

Free for children under 10 .

Walk Day Schedule:

9:00 am – 9:45 am Pick up Care Bag, T shirt and refreshments.

10:00 am Walk begins

Participants are encouraged to help meet the $80,000 Walk goal by soliciting donations in advance and bringing them to the Walk.

11:00 am – Noon  Awards Ceremony and Refreshments

Proceeds from the walk will benefit the Premier Cares Foundation which provides support, awareness, education and treatment for individuals in the community with urologic and digestive diseases.
