The Gilbert School Annual Blue and Gold Golf Tournament and 5K Race fundraisers have been canceled for 2021. The proceeds from these two events help fund sports programs at The Gilbert School.
Organizers hope to hold these events in 2022.
The Gilbert School 4th Annual 5K Fun Run will be held Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Van Why Field, The Gilbert School, 200 Williams Avenue, Winsted, CT 06098.
The event includes both a 1/4 mile Kiddie Dash and the 5K which will be run on the school’s cross country course.
Pre-register at gilbertschool.org, click on “Athletics” and to find mail in registration forms. Pre-registration ends May 1st.
Entry fee for adults is $25, after May 1st and race day $30. Every registrant receives a great race memento.
Students 18 years old and under $15, after May 1st and race day $20.
Gilbert students $10
Ages 2-11, Kiddie Dash $5.

Awards, fruit and water after the race.
Awards to top male and female finishers in each of five age groups, top male and female Gilbert students, top male and female Gilbert faculty members and ribbons to all Kiddie Dash participants.
