Enjoy the beauty and benefits of nature and boost your fitness at the same time! Weekly 4-mile (total) moderate hike from Berkshire South Community Center on the Three Mile Hill Trail to Fountain Pond and back. The trail has some steep sections and the normal rocks and roots. We will hike at a slow to moderate pace and observe nature and the changes that occur from week to week. We will social distance and wear masks when that is not possible. Wear sturdy walking or hiking shoes and dress in layers for the weather of the day. Bring mask, water and a snack in a light backpack where you can also store layers of clothing when not wearing them. Leader suggests hiking poles and has some to lend if you would like to borrow them.
